Ingredients
- Nearly empty jar of LC Farms Jam
- ¼ vinegar – white wine, red wine, champagne or balsamic all work well.
- ½ cup olive oil – use a good quality oil.
- 1 T Dijon mustard – will help add flavor and help emulsify the dressing.
- Don’t forget the salt and pepper.
- Put the lid on and shake it up.
- Vinaigrette is one of those things you can just wing it. Follow the classic formula and you will be just fine. 1 part vinegar to 3 parts oil.
