How it all started
Growing up in sunny South Florida, I never imagined I’d find my heart in the rolling countryside of rural Pennsylvania. Surrounded by an abundance of fresh, local fruits and vegetables, I felt inspired to share the beauty of this place with the people I love.
I had always dreamed of learning to can, and soon my “jam sessions” became my happy place. What started as a simple passion quickly turned into something more—LC Farms.
Each jar is made in small batches using the freshest locally sourced ingredients. And yes, I’ve been known to take a road trip just to track down that perfect fruit—because every great jam has a story, and every ingredient matters.
SWEET AND SIMPLE
At LC Farms, there are no “funny” artificial ingredients or preservatives—ever. If I can’t say it or spell it, I don’t believe it belongs in something you eat! Because of that, once opened, our jams should be refrigerated and enjoyed within 2–3 weeks. And one important rule—no double dipping! Always use a clean utensil to keep your jam fresh and delicious for as long as possible. That said… this probably won’t be an issue, one bite and you’ll be reaching for more!
COMING SOON
With our continued mission to offer the best quality products, we have started LC Farms Apiary from which we will be incorporating our local, raw honey into a line of ‘Bee Kissed’ spreads, giving the customer a healthier, all-natural option without sacrificing flavor. We are also working on offering honey on it’s own...stay tuned!
Rooster Bullets
Taste the farm-fresh difference with our pasture-raised “Rooster Bullets”—a colorful rainbow of eggs laid by our multibreed flock. Our hens spend their days roaming and foraging our lush pastures as well as a locally sourced diet of grains and spices. The result? A stunning assortment of colors on the outside and rich, delicious golden yolks on the inside.
Sorry, only local pick-up at the farm or for purchase at our retailer Moore Meats.
WARNING: Once you start eating our eggs, you too will become “EGG SNOBS”.
